Click on the appropriate server on the bottom of this page or on the homepage, then login using your Plex or Jellyfin credentials. Once logged in, use the request interface to submit your media request.
Check the live server status under the Server Status section on the main page. If a server is down for a long period, please notify the system administrator. JUST WAIT LONGER!!
For Jellyfin: It will prompt you for a URL. Enter the following:
jellyfin.chronos-olympus.net
Then, use your username and password to log in.
For Plex: Simply sign in to your Plex account. After access has been granted, your media servers will automatically show up and be available for remote access.
Go to your request media application below. Then search in Overseerr/Jellyseer for the media with the issue and use REPORT ISSUE (It is the yellow triangle). Please be specific about the issue, like "Season 2, Episode 5 has no audio."
